“I had worked with John Bowers for over 6 months looking for a home from my brother (whom has some health issues and is a bit disabled) in Tennessee. This was no easy task; besides location and finances, the challenge was huge. With it being a 9-hour drive, it wasn’t easy for my brother to pick up and drive down to look at a place every time something came up for sale. John went far more than the extra mile to help our family. John would drive hours to personally look at homes and report back with pictures (that they don’t show on the listings), he would also facetime with me so that I could take a look at the properties. With my brother living in Ohio, John worked with my brother’s selling agent to get all of the contract paperwork completed…with no accesses to a computer, again, no small task, but he handled it with grace. John didn’t stop working after the paperwork was signed. John drove to all of utility companies to make sure there were transferred over into my brother’s name. He hired 4 different contractors that completed work on the house. Now the house is a safe place for he and his family to live. They are absolutely thrilled with the home that John has found for them, and for all of the effort that John has put into making the dream that my brothers has had for years come true. John took the time to take my brother to a bank in town to get an account set up; he showed them around town to help get them familiar with the places they needed to know. He continues to follow up with them to make sure everything is okay. I would recommend John Bowers to ANYONE that is looking for a great realtor. I have bought and sold several homes…. I have never meant a realtor with such passion for his clients as John Bowers. Unfortunately, before I could get this review posted, by brother had passed. John step up once again, he checked in with my brother’s family, and he also contacted some ladies to make food to take over to them while there were dealing with the loss of my brother. He continues to amaze me! You will not be disappointed when you chose John Bowers as your agent!!!!!!!”

“When you decide to move halfway across the country and buy a home ???? there is one thing you definitely need.. an agent you both trust and who grasps what it is you dream of and need in said new home. Meeting John was an answer to many prayers and gave us renewed hope after some frustrating experiences elsewhere. In our first call I told John what we needed and his words..” if you need me to crawl in the crawl space and check it out .. I can do that!” resonated with how willing he was to help us find our prefect place for ourselves and our fur kiddos too. John went above and beyond to be our presence here in TN while we were still working 5 states away. Communication was superb, his responses back to my emails, texts or phone calls were quick. John had a whole tour of houses for us to look at once we made the 14 hour drive here to tour these properties. We laughed a lot and joked and had fun while going through this very stressful process, we felt well protected and this agencies experience made us feel safe to entrust our future living place and home into their capable hands. He answered our questions and researched and found answers he didn’t have to ensure we could make the best decision possible. After visiting our first 3 homes he demonstrated he had a grasp on what we liked and didn’t like. He communicated to us his concerns with confidence in serving us well vs trying to gain a quick sale. We never felt pushed to make a decision and he helped us sort through the things we were concerned about on the properties we toured. Our added bonus was his wife Belinda who is his partner in life and business.. sitting in their office, all of us on our phones looking for potential properties, while talking and joking around made us feel like part of the family. John even helped out our sellers agent who had a health issue arise to ensure her people were taken care of properly, which spoke volumes to their dedication to ensure they were team players within their business platform in real estate sales and buying in TN.
